With Café Bee, I wanted to create an atmosphere that feels like home. There are so many travelers who miss their homes when they come here. The goal of my café is to remind them of the comforts of home. Our customers can relax with a light meal and some of the best coffee Seattle has to offer, while enjoying sights of the world famous Space Needle and the ABC affiliated Broadcasting building (Fisher Plaza). It’s amazing that in such a busy area of the city, and directly off the street, my café always feels like home..

The food at Café Bee is made with care. Teggy makes her own special sauce (used in most of the Asian style dishes) daily using fresh fruits and vegetables like apples, oranges, ginger, onions, garlic, and soy sauce. You can definitely taste the difference between her rich, tasty special sauce vs. those store bought sauces that are watery and salty.

Teggy does not use MSG in any of her menu items. Sandwiches are always made fresh to order, delightful to eat, and very quick if you’re in a hurry.

Don’t forget your favorite espresso drink before you go! All barista’s at Café Bee have at least five years of experience. We proudly have served Caffe Appassionato organic coffee for over ten years. We use DaVinci Gourmet syrups which contain real cane sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.

Numbering over sixty, our collection of DaVinci Gourmet Classic Flavored syrup is unmatched by any other coffee house in the surrounding area. Using our flavored syrups we serve fresh brewed flavored iced teas and fruit smoothies.

Also, Café Bee uses Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel sauces to give you the ultimate espresso experience. Check out the rotating weekly espresso drink specials for delicious concoctions such as: Chocolate Macaroon, Black Forrest Cherry, and Banana Cream Pie. And the Italian Soda specials such as: Kiwi Berry, Blue Hawaii, and Blackberry Vanilla to just name a few.
